AmPav is an ideal venue for junkets, interviews and press luncheons. Our facility is available for hire by the day or the half day as required throughout the Festival.

Over the course of our 20-year history we have hosted a variety of press events, but beginning in 2007 we have utilized our prime beach front location and designed a space specifically with junket requirements in mind, offering both an unobstructed ocean backdrop and also an interior contingency for those frequent wet-weather conditions.

Situated adjacent to the Palais des Festivals, AmPav provides both convenience and glorious beach views. We can configure indoor and outdoor space for print journalists or camera crews, and the set-up of furniture, partitions and catering will be customized
to fit your precise requirements.

Conference Center

The Conference Center can hold 150 people for a press conference, but can also be swiftly
re-configured for print roundtables, accommodating up to five tables of 10.

We will have a dedicated space for hair and make up, a green room for talent, and check-in/holding areas for press, all of which can be configured to suit your needs.

AmPav Corporate Apartment

Overlooking the red-carpeted steps of the Palais des Festivals, AmPav's corporate apartment is an ideal setting for media needs. The wide terrace can accommodate a camera crew for a seated interview, stand-ups or b-roll footage.

Food and Beverage Service

Additionally, our team of culinary professionals can provide anything from tea, coffee and light refreshments right through to a fully themed menu for a press lunch or
cocktail party. AmPav offers additional conveniences, such as wireless Internet access, intern staffing and access to office equipment, creating a comprehensive solution
for your press event.

Poster and Literature Display

The thousands of guests who visit The Pavilion throughout the festival receive selected promotional materials and publications on a daily basis. Large crowds gather when the Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter and other eagerly awaited publications arrive.

A variety of prominently situated poster sites are available, and literature racks are placed at key points in The American Pavilion.

Video Display

The American Pavilion offers promotional time on plasma displays located throughout the pavilion in areas including the bar and restaurant, and reception area.
